Santa's soft chocolate fondant

Ingredients for 4 people :


  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 100g Milk Chocolate
  • 130g Butter
  • 130g Sugar
  • 25g For whipped cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 20cl Whole liquid fresh cream
  • 1Chantifix bag
  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Coffee Natural orange flavor
  • 1Orange bio
  • 1 pinch Salt.

Steps of preparation :

1- Preheat the furnace to 170 °C (th 5-6).

2- In a saucepan, melt the 2 chocolates broken into pieces with the butter.

3- Let cool and then add in this order, without working too hard, the dough, sugar, flour and salt. Incorporate the eggs one by one.

4- Pour the dough into a buttered mold. Bake for 20 to 25 min.

5- Let the cake cool then unfold it delicately on a dish.

6- Whip the cold cream into soft whipped cream. Add the Chantillyflavoring and sugar and continue to whip until stiff.

7- Decorate the cake with whipped cream, sprinkle with orange zest and complete with Santa Claus, polar bear, snowman and sugar reindeer.
